I'm missing one or more items from my order

Sometimes, we might split orders into two parcels if the sizes of the items you ordered vary widely, or if it is more cost-effective to do so. If this is the case, when you check your order status screen, there should be two 'fulfilments'


If all of the items you ordered are marked as fulfilled in the same fulfilment on your Order Status page, and that parcel is missing one or more items, please get in touch.
