When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders same-day when placed before 4pm on a weekday. This can sometimes be affected by large order volumes.

Please note that this is not a guarantee, however we will make all efforts to notify you if this does end up being the case. 

Be aware that we don't dispatch orders over weekends, meaning it is possible for a large backlog to accumulate over the weekend. If this is the case, please bear with us. 

As long as you have a confirmation email, your order will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can.

Please get in touch if your order has not been dispatched after 3 working days.
