Where is my order?

We use a variety of shipping services to help us get your orders to you. Ranging from Royal Mail Tracked48 to DPD Next-Day, our shipping options have been handpicked to make sure that you get the best value for your money.

Same-Day Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before 4pm on the same day. Although this is an aim, it is not a guarantee and your order will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can.

Tracked

If your order is tracked, you will first receive a shipping confirmation, and then a shipping update soon after with your tracking number. You will be able to track your parcel from start-to-finish.

Untracked

If your order is non-tracked, you will only receive a shipping confirmation. Your order will have been handed to the respective shipping partner and is on the way.

Evri Tracked

Evri aim to deliver your order within 5 working days after shipping. It can take up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Royal Mail aim to deliver your Tracked24 parcel the next working day (including Saturday) after shipping, however can take up to 3 working days to be delivered.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Royal Mail aim to deliver your Tracked48 parcel in 2 working days (including Saturday) after shipping, however can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

Royal Mail 1st Class

Royal Mail aim to deliver your 1st Class order in 1-2 working days from the day of dispatch. As this service is untracked, it can take up to 14 working days to be delivered.
